To read more on the background of this federally encouraged rape of the constitutional rights of American fathers and their children read the article by Phyllis Schlafly's, head of the national Eagle Forum, entitled "Federal Incentives Make Children Fatherless". Lawmakers that continue to support this blood money should be ashamed of themselves!
