i'm not an attorney, but i think it does set a precedent. why should it be that when it's not convenient for the mother to have the kids then she can unload them and then get them back whenever she wants. in this case it sounds like she is taking them back just out of spite since you were behind in c/s. i think it is pretty cowardly how women get away with this. my ex does it to me all the time. just cause she does not get her way on something she uses our son against me by not leting me see him or not picking up the phone when i call. the fact is that the laws are just screwed up for men period. laws that have been inacted long ago and may not be appropriate today.
