Parent-time phone calls per week - 2007/10/19 02:39
I just got the state schedule for my Daughter after the 120 day integration period because my ex would not let me see or talk with my Daughter when I was living in Idaho. My ex and her Lawyer said the 2 phone calls at specified days for 15 minutes each maximum per week is a reasonable interperation of the 30-3-33,35. The ex's attorney is prepairing for mediation. What and how do I get rights for my Daughter to be able to call me - which now she is not allowed to call me at all! And for me to call her even on a daily basis? My Daughter is 6 years old. Thanks.
